Scallops XL
Enormous scallops from Digby, Nova Scotia. It’s recommend to sear them in an oiled skillet or pan for 2-3 min each side. Scallops pair perfectly with rice, pasta, potatoes, or greens. If you want to reduce the “fishy” flavour, simply soak in milk for 20 minutes and then drain and pat dry. This trick works for most fish and shellfish!
